Just yesterday I was watching that show Border Wars, it was on the 101 network but is usually on NatGeo. Anyways, they should some border agents working a crossing in one segment. The officer notices a car that is really clean coming in and it just seems wrong to her. Upon closer inspection she notices the smell of gasoline from the backseat and they investigate and find a secret compartment with parcels of mar1juana. The gas tank had been modified or replaced with a smaller one to make room for the compartment and other spots to hide the drogas. Later on, they talked about how recently they've had the equipment and manpower to check the cars leaving the states too. With an X-Ray machine an officer noticed something odd about a pickup. They find a secret compartment filled with packages of cash totaling over $300k.
