    Not sure where you live, but google Tachus and see if it's available at your address. I switched from Suddenlink (only provider available in Kingwood for years) to Tachus about a year ago and I've literally had zero outages since then, after having daily outages with Suddenlink. $65/month for 300 Mbps. Lifetime pricing so the price will never go up. No contract, no early term fees, no fees at all. My monthly bill is literally $65. They have faster speeds for more money but 300 is all I need.

    Oh, I guess I forgot to add the mobile phone carriers are getting into home internet with their 5g towers. It's cheap. It probably works well as long as your mobile reception is fine.

    My opinion, it's only good if you're web browsing or one person is streaming. For a household, probably gonna have issues.
