    Where were you when this happened?

    Let's send everyone on a quick nostalgic trip, going on an Interstellar mission per se.

    Had we pieced together strongly and remained healthy, who knows how far we would went into the galaxy (playoffs) of true grit and grind competitive basketball in that era/decade (the 2000s to 2009).
    [Not saying this decade is anything less different. We faced through adversity as well just like 10-20 years ago. Sports, in general, will continue to grow its competitive business nature not just in Basketball/NBA in years and years to come]

    For me, it was just the very beginning of watching NBA, following players and become a die-hard Houston Rocket since then with all the exponential growth of sporting technology behind the scenes and the analytic mind of u/dmorey. (Congrats on your extension, sir)
    Who else can't wait for this feels trip?

    Dont forget the bloopers we had along the way that season. Top 10 ~ W22-0

    PS. If they haven't already, Rockets organisation should start collecting some film and BTS clips for the documentary just like this one that may come one day in 10 years time (another rewind) or when we win a championship.

    PS. I wish Rockets was transparent for international Rocket fans (as I am based in Australia) to see Houston All Access from AT&T/DirecTV network ! It will save me having to wait 10 years for a documentary like to this to come out on a surprise.
    Question for those in Houston. Have any you seen a full episode of it yet this past two seasons (on TV)?

    I can't wait for that day Rockets win a championship again !

    That streak was definitely one of the greatest things to have experienced/watched/witnessed as a Rockets fan.

    it's weird how they are just now releasing this to the public, season ticket holders got to watch 2 years ago

    according to a tweet, they will be showing it live on their Facebook/Youtube channel on Monday, highly recommend it, very well produced, kind of a throwback to the NBA entertainment production days like Clutch/Double Clutch VHS tapes

    Thanks for the memories. I was a new transplant to Los Angeles in 2007, watched #22 with some new friends/coworkers and rabid Laker fans at a sports bar. I just held up my #1 finger in silence as they took that top seed for a night.

    I have friends in that group who have since jumped off, on, and off again the Laker bandwagon.


    Ps the NBA “where Amazing happens” campaign with the dramatic piano was one of their best marketing campaigns ever IMO, and I think I remember they featured the Rockets #22 streak in some sort of promo during that time, though it could have been fan made
