So then it's a bit weird that OReb% is one of the 4 factors, since it's not giving you an extra possession, "technically", and would already be in the formula indirectly through its impact on FG%. Like I noted, you don't have steal % as one of the 4 factors, even though intuitively to me I'd expect high steals to be solidly correlated to better offense. I assumed it was because a steal doesn't get you an extra possession, just gets you to your next possession sooner. But that's similar to OReb% apparently...
