And his name is KEVIN OLLIE! Nothing against the guy, but he cant play a lick of defense. He makes Steve Francis look like Gary Payton for crying out loud. Kidd was driving past him like OJ on a Los Angeles freeway. Where was Jamal Tinsley? I was only able to watch the second half. Seems like Dumb Deke could not make any adjustments at all. I mean you would think a coach would realize that soon enough you would take out Ollie from the game. I mean put Mercer or someone on Kidd or something. I hope Charlotte beats the living snot out of Kidd and his ugly ass kid.

Why Tinsley wasn't playing: the dude just plain sucks defensively. The Pacers had to take him out of the game entirely because Kidd was abusing him in the first game of the series. Every time he came into the game, Jason ate him for lunch. Kevin Ollie and Ron Mercer may be bad, but Tinsley is even worse. Isiah actually made the right call, for once.
I've met Kevin Ollie before. He came to visit one of my basketball summer camps a couple years ago. He is a nice guy, but he belongs in the CBA.

Ollie has generally been regarded as a pretty decent defender...that's why Larry Brown got him up in Philly a couple years ago.
Although i haven't seen him play a lot, ollie's calling card has always been as a pretty solid defensive player. I mean, it's not like some scrub was beating up on him....It was the league mvp....
