    Shouldn't it extend to the German parts of former Czechslovakia and the French Rhineland?

    From the maps, it seems pretty clear Europeans are a lot more knowledgeable than Americans. At least they have accurate maps. :p

    Do Americans know the existence of SE Asia? I know there are stuff that says things like "Made in Indonesia", but I'm not sure most Americans see the connection.

    Not really, because 99.99 % of Germans wouldn't want those parts back. It's not on anyone's mind.
