    Considering they were trying to get the worse record I would say mission accomplished.

    Not trying to win games, trying to develop talent and finding players that help with development.

    Well said

    The young guys will learn a lot from Theis that Olynik skill set wouldn't have allowed the 19 year olds to learn from, namely how to play defense and I loved Olynik.
