    Mathematics is more catchy and unusual than calling it the science of weight loss.

    I agree this video oversimplifies things, but it gets the point across strictly in terms of losing weight. Losing weight is what people say, but not what they usually want. The scale is your enemy.

    And I'm going to suck and not write anymore because I don't feel like it. As such my argument lacks... an argument :p
