I'm not saying this dude is a 10x all-star or anything... and pre-season is pre-season, but this guy has a LONG NBA career ahead of him. In a league that values shooting, this dude can shoot. He's a legit 6'6 shooting guard. He won't be 20 till January. He's not supremely athletic, doesn't have the best wingspan, isn't a great defender and his ballhandling isn't exactly Kyrie Irving out there. But he's adequate in all those areas, understands how to use picks and open space, and can shoot. So he's "crafty" - he knows how to use angles, use the threat of his shot to get where he wants to go on the court. I can see 13-16 ppg on solid efficiency. Think Devin Booker esque.
wow, that's a quick release, and already doing Harden's step-back. Some of those shots reminds me a little of Curry's ability to sometimes shoot starting from his hip in one motion without cocking, and without feet set fully.
saw the preseason vs Hawks, he scored the first 14 points on 4/4 attempts. Top 5 rookie this year for sure.
When he was drafted I thought he's a smaller Mario Hezonja. But he has a shot to be a really good player, maybe even make 1 or 2 All-Star appearances at his peak. Think Goran Dragic caliber, but different skillset.
