She is trying to weasel out of her agreement . . .PERIOD!
Intent is not the issue
We don't let people out of deals because they didn't intend too. . .
or they intended to do good. . .
You sign a bad deal . . .it sucks . .. I can sympathize
but
If she is not ellen . .this is not a story
she simply is throwing her weight around now
