    Here's your quote rimrocker, and if you say I'm misunderstanding what you meant, I accept that completely. Sorry to attribute stands to you that you didn't hold.

    As for Stockton, etc -- you bet, the central valley is still in very bad shape. Bay Area was fairly insulated, and I think those of here start to take it for granted.
