    These f**kin' quotes right here:

"Our team's getting better through free agency. You can't look at any one move, but you've got to put them all together and you really need to look at things over the last 18 months or so to see how the team has changed and how we'll continue to change.

"It's important that the focus is the team. And I would think, as a fan, I would be really excited that your leadership of the team can make bold moves and go out and do these things to make the team better."

    SMDH

They think they're the smartest people in the NFL. It's one thing to dismiss upset fans. Fans can over react and for the most part, aren't experts. But when virtually everyone involved in the league, from players to coaches to GMs to professional reporters and people whose job it is to cover and evaluate football, thinks your front office has a habit of making dumbass moves then you should probably take a freakin' hint.

Granted, the offeason isn't done and we still have the draft coming up. But nobody thinks the team has gotten better. Even the people who try to find a way to justify the trade don't believe the Texans have improved.

And that doesn't even include the dumbass contracts given to Cobb and Murray. Not even talking about the players, the contracts are stupid.

The Texans are the Dunning-Kruger franchise of the NFL. Idiots who are too dumb to know they're idiots.

Well he isn’t going anywhere until another grifter finds away to weasel into Cal’s ear and manipulate him and exploit his 85 IQ.

I am sure all the other owners are telling Cal what a wonderful job he is doing on those NFL owner conference calls where they figure out better and more effective ways to exploit black people.

What’s the track record for BOB on developing young WRs?

Only ones I can remember, at least high-ish draft slots...are Jaelen Strong and Keke Coutee...and boy, LOL. I’m sure it’s a deep draft for WRs...but does that even mean anything?

I'll skip the name calling Mr. Keyboard Gangster.
The organization as a whole is in a bad place.

Bill O'Brien clearly doesn't understand value. This is why you overpay a Kicker, overpay an average center, and overpay a Safety who only started 4 games last year. BUT YOU TRADE Hopkins? Obrien gave $18 million guaranteed to a washed up WR Cobb. GB let him walk & Dallas let Cobb walk so they could pay Amari Cooper who isn't as good as Hopkins. Injured washed up David Johnson is getting $10 million as a RB! He hung on to J. Joseph waaay too long. Why the hell are they still paying JJ Watt? If it was time to move on from a guy, Watts age & injury history makes him" a move on from" candidate. He waited way too late to trade Clowney and didn't get a great return.

Some of these moves are personal & clearly he has an issue understanding Value. Great Players want to get paid! PERIOD. Including Hopkins! Welcome to professional Sports! No great players No success.

Hopkins WAS paid. He signed a 5 year extension. If you think you will outperform the extension, sign a 2 or 3 year extension. Players and agents get greedy. At the time, Hopkins was the highest paid WR. He now wants to go from $14 million a year, to $20-22 million a year. There was ABSOLUTELY no way the Texans were doing that. He took the $49 million guaranteed with happiness, but it came back to bite him. If he signed a shorter extension, Texans could have probably worked something out.

Amari Cooper got $20 million cause the Market with up....timing. Dallas will be in Salary Cap HELL....very soon with Dak (when he gets it) and Zeke's extensions. What have the Cowboys done? They didn't even make the playoffs last season.

JJ Watt's extension was 6 years, $100million. He out played it before he had the injuries. Never heard a peep about it from him. JJ is STILL their best pass rusher and his contract is team friendly.

Clowney over-estimated his value. IT IS HIS FAULT he never worked on his pass-rush skills to get over 10 sacks a season. That actually hurt the Texans trying to trade him. If he would have gotten 10 sacks in ONE season, they could have commanded more.

Most of Bob's offensive draft picks have been busts. The one WR he "hit" on can't stay healthy.

    QB Tom Savage
    QB Deshaun Watson
    RB Alfred Blue
    RB Kenny Hilliard
    RB Tyler Ervin
    RB D'Onta Foreman
    FB Jay Prosch
    FB Cullen Gillaspia
    WR Jaelen Strong
    WR Keith Mumphery
    WR Will Fuller
    WR Braxton Miller
    WR Keke Coutee
    TE C.J. Fiedorowicz
    TE Jordan Akins
    TE Jordan Thomas
    TE Kahale Warring
    T Julien Davenport
    T Martinas Rankin
    T Tytus Howard
    T Max Scharping
    G Xavier Su'a-Filo
    C Nick Martin
    C Kyle Fuller

Kahale Warring was an interesting pick at the time...combine monster i believe. Any reason to think he can contribute soon? Waste of a high pick if not.

Nah all Watson has to do is sign and then ask for a raise... BOB will send Watson to New England for Corey Dillon and a 4th rounder.

Obrien spent money on other deals the team just didn't need. You could have worked something Hopkins , who is a 3 time ALL - PRO and your Franchise QBs safety blanket.
JJ was invisible in the biggest game of the year when they were getting outscored 51-7. So I don't know about how "friendly" his contract is.

Clowney's value was in his rep as an athlete but they waited too damn long to make a move. Could have gotten more if they would've acted quicker.

J- Jo shoulda been cut 2 years ago.

They wasted money on these deals and you have wonder:

WHY didn't they get a deal worked out with Tunsil last year after trading ( 2- 1sts) for him. Now he's going to be the highest paid OL in football after Leading the league in false starts.

WHY you overpay an average Kicker,

    WHY overpay an average center,

WHY overpay a Safety who only started 4 games last year.

WHY give $18 million guaranteed to a washed up WR Cobb after he was let go by 2 teams,

WHY in the hell is Injured -washed up David Johnson getting $10 million as a RB.

The Texans need to hire a GM ASAP.

Why would Tunsil sign an extension after the trade? He knew the new CBA was coming. He didn't want an extension at trade time. Texans wanted him and knew that have time to sign him later (and gain the franchise tag option). He also made the Pro Bowl, even with those false starts.

Overpaying is YOUR opinion. Texans know the value of the player to THEM. Nick Martin was only average because INJURIES. He played MUCH better last season. Cobb wasn't "let go", he was a Free Agent both times.

As for Kia'mi, Look at the Kicker market last couple of years. It has been HORRIBLE. Teams are cycling thru kickers. Believe it or not, Kia'mi would have gotten a NICE contract on the open market. The kicking was MUCH better once they fixed the holding situation.

Seems like those misses were Rick Smith's picks. The last 2 drafts have been very good for Talent. Akins, Warring, Rankin, Howard, Scharping, Thomas, Gillaspia, Coutee, and Davenport are Bill O'Brien. Davenport was part of the Tunsil trade, Rankin got you Hyde last season. Coutee is the only that you can say that has been a bust, so far. We will see what he does this season.

Texans still have time to back out of this trade, if they weren't so stubborn and hard-headed.

Do you ever get sick of sticking up for BOB? If he’s not trading players randomly them wtf was he thinking trading Hopkins (under contract for 3 more years)? BOB = BOOB

They can if they wanted to

if they want to save face, pretend that they saw something in the physical that they did not like.

Dont bother posting with scarface. Its a never ending cycle. After we sht on him when BoB fks up or does something stupid, he pretends that he wanted BoB gone all along, but if u wait a few days later, u can always count on him to crawl back and ride BoB dck until the end.

And what don’t you understand he would have become a bigger after Tunsil and Watson go their money? Seen it many times in the NFL.

Not sticking up for BoB, telling u the facts.

Yes...from the guy who hates the franchise and won’t find another team. I couldn’t careless if BoB is here or not, but I won’t whine about it because it won’t change anything. Your boyfriend must hate your whining?
