They might as well start taking bids for Watson. I’m not sure the Texans can repair the damage they have done to that relationship. His passive aggressive tweets have made it pretty clear that he’s seriously pissed off.

One can hope that he's pissed off. Shows Watson is smart. He knows that his NFL career is too valuable to waste it playing for BoB and this ownership group. Either make the change or trade Watson.

A Rockets GM once ran the Arizona Coyotes.

If we lose Watson, probably will take another 20 years to find another QB of at least his caliber due to how shtty our front office operates.

You bunch of drama queens. Texans control Watson for 4 more seasons. He will take the massive pile of money over risking injury year to year. The question is who signs first... Watson or Mahomes?

Control means jack sht when you have someone unpredictable and ego fragile in BoB. We had Hopkins for 3 more seasons and guess what they still trade his ass for dirt cheap cuase BoB's feeling got hurt.

It's a win win... either he keeps Watson or he trades him and gets fired because we've seen what he does with talentless QBs.

Not that it really matters at this point but BoB confirmed in an interview that Duk wanted a raise.

Control means nothing. Watson will dictate whether he wants to stay or go.

HIs solution is gettin rid of said player for sht?
Imagine if Watson wanted a raise, he gonna pull that sht also? The scary thing is we don't know what goes on in the mind of Big Ego BoB.

Unless BOB doesn't like Watson and convinces Cal that it's time for a rebuild.

Turns out BOB knows how to spell the word “team”. Color me surprised. Cal is not bright. This sucks. This all falls on Cal, as much as people want BOB gone.

I hope you're wrong. He's not going win anything as long as Obrien is here. Considering Billy O has a lifetime gig I hope Watson does whats best for his career. If I was him I'd want more money than Mahomes. That may be enough for Billy O to trade him for a couple 5th round picks.

    You are idiot.

O’Brien is not trading people randomly for anything. He does have a plan. I may not agree with his plan, but it is there. The value for Hopkins was limited by his contract demand. The “force him to play at that contract number” crowd doesn’t seem to understand how bad a locker room can get when someone is unhappy with their contract. It will keep coming up, especially after Deshaun gets his contract. The Texans should have gotten another #2 for Hopkins atleast, but it is what it is.
