I could see that happening if he has a really lousy 2014 campaign.

People thinking O'Brien can't use Arian, a top 3 pass blocking and pass catching RB, are nuts though.

    +1

Big ups to Smith and McNair for how they handled the last month or so in terms of coach/personnel decisions.

Lance Z seems to think he prefers big QBs. Mentioned Mettenberger and Bortles or a trade for Mallet.

Really did it perfectly and I think McNair spearheaded it. Firing Kubiak in-season was a stroke of brilliance and is really the main reason we got BOB in my opinion. I also think having a likable owner who is loyal to his coaches helped us get him.

I think it was probably an agonizing decision for a guy like O'Brien. The guy seems to have s lot of character and it seems to be one of the things he most values. I could imagine a guy like him is worried for the kids at the program he's built up the last two years , and doesn't want to see the thing come crumbling down again.

If he would do this to Tom Brady imagine what he would have done to Matt Schaub this year.

    Bs talk

Arian is arguably the best short yardage and goal line back in the league. He is plenty physical

We need to draft some TE's that can last through the season

LZ also said "Schaub will be back next season" two months ago.....

You really need to take what he says with a grain of salt.

He's nothing more than a semi-connected wanna be scout.

I posted these in the Bridgewater thread, but I'll repost here. The first one contains one swear word.
