Edit- Terry said "straight up" not shut up....I misheard <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">.<a href="https://twitter.com/JHarden13">@JHarden13</a>, <a href="https://twitter.com/DwightHoward">@DwightHoward</a> & <a href="https://twitter.com/jasonterry31">@jasonterry31</a> heading to <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Rockets?src=hash">#Rockets</a> practice at Oracle Arena in Oakland <a href="https://t.co/FEZt1EIf96">pic.twitter.com/FEZt1EIf96</a></p>— Mark Berman (@MarkBermanFox26) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarkBermanFox26/status/725054588143816704">April 26, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
OP misunderstands what's going on here. Terry has read the Song of Ice and Fire books and several show watchers on the team have voiced their displeasure when he explains some elements of the story, so he's saying he just doesn't say anything anymore. Dwight likes the information Terry provides and is telling him that it's bulls*** that teammates don't want him to talk about it in the locker room.
"What's the name of that strip club again? Let's go over after the loss tomorrow" - Harden "I don't know, I just don't see how that one is better than xxx...I mean the girls are ok and ..." - Dwight Terry seeing reporters outside "Nobody say nothing, shut up"
I couldn't quite make out the audio, I trust OP is skilled at lip reading? also, I could not see lips moving.
Im assuming they are talking about Dwight's "we will play past game 5" statement, or maybe he got asked about the Parsons rumor today that he was "out of Houston." Looks like maybe they had a post shootaround interview session with maybe GS media or ESPN or someone and were pressed about his "guarantee". Harden & Howard didn't look mad at each other or anything. Looked like media coaching from Jet.
Ya, sounded like he said "straight up", but not sure if it's related to what he said earlier, which is "nobody say nothing". I think he's just saying it as a reply to something Dwight is talking about.
Not until Houston makes it clear that the head coaching position is vacant. JVG doesn't talk about jobs unless the position is 100% clear.
