Yeah .. rooted mine and have quite a few hacks -- from enabling "tethering" over BT PAN using ssh tunneling, to enabling hidden features (call duration, extra launcher pages) to CPU overclocking and scaling.

If you're not comfortable with a Unix/Linux command line environment, my recommendation is don't do it.

This phone has taken over my life already. I need a cure for Pre addiction.

I don't know about the phone, but I sure as hell wish I had bought that stock in December. From about $1 - $16 in 7 months. Silly.
