I think the more telling part is that he made this screen grab at 7:02 AM yet didn't around to deploying this bad boy until noon. I can just imagine basso, up at 6 AM, drinking his coffee and cruising Free Republic, Hot Air and the rest of the wingnutosphere, carefully making mental notes and bookmarks and then plotting his posting strategy for the rest of the day. (Which he apparently drafts in word first prior to posting them, according to his explanation to the great plagiarism post)
Maybe he will treat us to another plagiarism/cooking metaphor. That was a true gem. basso later went back and tried to delete it, but luckily that post was saved for posterity by a reply.
basso, I'll ask again. Why don't you read the Freeper website? Everything that interests you also seems to interest them. The stories they find poignant you also find poignant. So assuming I take you at your word that you don't read that site, my question is why not? If someone pointed out a website that had things I found interesting or funny, or whatever, but I only looked at the same information if it came from other sites, I would probably check out the site as well. It makes no sense that you don't read it.
Hey, basso. I'm really going to freak you out. There is this secret government shadow group, and all they do is monitor TV and radio! I'm told they do this at the behest of the Illuminati and the Bilderburgers. I can't say with absolute certainty but I'm told the organization can be identified by the following symbol, which I've placed behind the spoiler tag to protect any innocent minds who wish to preserve their innocence. Once you take the red pill, there's no going back: Spoiler
cool picture bro I think if I had to sit for 7 hours and listen to a bunch of knuckle dragging republicans, my eyes would glaze over too.
You would also know that if you had read the website to which you linked in your original post. You know, barackobama.com (or if you knew anything about the web - ".com" does /= ".gov") where it says: "Paid for by Organizing for America, a Project of the Democratic National Committee". "Organizing for America" is also the name of the website and blog that accompanies it. I learned all of that by looking at the website. Isn't that cool? I do NOT fail at reading websites. I feel ultra cool. I also feel that this house has a great heart, and that heart comes from those who serve. I was rather sorry they didn't come down. We said goodbye to them upstairs. But they are really great. And I recall after so many times I have made speeches, and some of them pretty tough, yet, I always come back, or after a hard day -- and my days usually have run rather long -- I would always get a lift from them, because I might be a little down but they always smiled.
You guys do realize that FreeRepublic is just a news aggregation site, right? In case anyone does not know what a news aggregation site is, it is just a list of news stories and blog articles published by newspapers, TV channels, websites, bloggers, etc. It definitely has a conservative lean to the stories it collects, but it does not actually produce its own content. And as you can see for yourself, it collects articles from sources across the ideological spectrum. Here is a link to FreeRepublic.com for those who have never seen it before: Free Republic Unless you are just fundamentally opposed to anyone being exposed to information that contradicts leftish notions of political correctness, which some people around here obviously are, then I do not why anyone would allow themselves to become agitated by the activities of this website.
Basso gets his information from second tier freeper followers, thus his source is fifth tier. Show some intellectual vigor and common respect, dick.
Also, based on the OP image, is basso using Windows 98? Furthermore, did that OS not allow capitalization of letters? If so, that would solve one mystery that circles this jerk.
When the intellectual reservoir runs dry, the name calling begins. With some people that obviously happens faster than others. And with an unfortunate few, they seldom have anything else to offer. Seriously, if it does not overtax you too much, feel free to try and think before you speak. If it does overtax you too much, then by all means, just continue as you have been.
Well, here is a left-leaning news aggregator: http://leftwingnut.com/ But everyone should observe that only left-wing news sources are presented here on this site. On the other hand, Free Republic is right-leaning, but it is not so insecure in what it publishes that it refuses to post articles from sources that deviate from certain people's very restrictive ideas about what is 'politically correct'.
Hmmm. Good point. I always see references to leftwingnut when reading leftie blogs. Oh wait, I don't. As to Free Republic leaning right, I'm guessing it is just slightly so, sort of like Fox.
