TMAC has been on the Rockets side for a couple weeks now. One of the hosts on one of the past shows even teased TMAC saying he has to say these things since he was once a part of the Rockets franchise. Rachel corrected the other host saying TMAC routinely gets backlash for his negative Rockets comments. TMAC has some problematic comments, but I remember the year Harden won the MVP, TMAC was the one who called it before the season started on Instagram.
T-Mac is a Rocket “fan” when it’s convenient. They just beat the Warriors at Oracle without Harden, so here is hopping on the bandwagon. He belongs in the dumpster right next to Kenny Smith.
Too late last week he already said he trust CP3 over Harden, KD and Curry when the stakes are highest and that before the Warriors game.
Listen to what he said at 5:53 onwards though. Max Kellerman is the only media personality on the record saying that.
It mostly depends whether Morey gets who in the buyout to get one backup power forward and center and the other one for backup small forward. I think Randolph and House are good choice. Existing team is good, no one can guarantee we can 100 healthy. morey should get lesson learned for last year cp3 injuries
Without someone like House or another solid shooting/rebounding wing, the Rockets aren't getting past the Warriors and top 4 Eastern teams. So, cheap Morey better get a deal done soon.
