Losing the bet means he keeps the millions he made on mattress sales. If he won the bet he would have used those winnings on the refunds. His goal is to break even either way. He makes his money on customers buying other furniture while in the store and the free publicity. It's the customers that are screwed here with the bill.
that drive was the result of both Stafford and Kupp imposing their will on the opposition Kupp was > 5 yds pass the line of scrimmage when the Bengal defender initiated contact on him "twice" before the ball got there; it was a good call. this was one of the contacts on Kupp before the ball got there
Bengals I thought ran the ball well all game. The problem with that play was they had Mixon on the bench. Why would you give it to your backup.
Above average game that lacked any real drama. But interesting. Thought the better team won. Both offenses were sputtering. Same with the halftime. Above average, but nothing mind blowing. I liked the insane asylum last year a little better. But I appreciated the star power and attempt to tell a story with the stage. Commercials bombed. Nothing to remember.
Yeah, each artist alone is worthy of their own show Maybe it happens in the future but they're getting old
That isn't holding unless he pulls on him, and is done routinely. It was a bad call. The other was a hold, but the same hold the Rams got away with in the end zone earlier in the game. And of course the missed call on the Bengals 2nd TD was embarrassing.
It really irritated me that we never got a replay of that last Joe Burrow desperation underhanded sling that showed how close it really was to the potential receiver. From the crap angle we saw, it looked like it landed just a few yards in front of him, but he didn't lay out for it or anything. I was curious how close Burrow was to making a miracle completion that kept the game going. But freaking NBC never showed it again from another angle.
The angle was so bad I thought he was pulling a Jimmy G and throwing it into the stands and/or at a Rams player.
Really bummed out at the result. It bothers me so much that the Rams won a SB after building their team in the laziest, worst type of way to build a team. Trade all the first round picks, acquire talent, NBA style. Just disgusts me. Sean McVay is a great coach. Cincinnati's play calling was pretty bad in the second half. Gigantic missed opportunity to put the game away in the 4th.
Fair, but Jalen Ramsey mugs people on every play so if you're gonna let them play then let both sides play. The slow mo replay makes it look like an egregious call, but in real time it really wasn't.
