I would like to see something of substance from Royce. Hopefully the point guards will not freeze out the big guys on the pick and role plays like the have been doing. I'm also hoping they start Machado ahead of Fortson and Lamb at the 2 guard spot. It would be really great if Marcus Morris went back to Houston. Watching him on the floor has been painful.

It's hard to watch this team with Courtney Fortson. He's so frustrating to watch.

He obviously plays PG because of his size and not his skill. I could run a damn pick and roll play better than him. He never passes the ball ito the player rolling to the basket, he always dribbles to the other side of the court. I think the guy went to the Steve Francis school for Point Guards.

I'd rather put needles through my eyeballs then watch him on the court.

Agreed. Watching Morris is not only painful because he sucks, but because he's taking minutes away from Motie, White and Jones, amongst others.

Things I'd like to see tonight:
    1) Better ball movement. This takes a concerted effort from all 5 guys, and we saw it a tad in Game 1. Some players hindering the movement include Fortson, Morris and Lamb.
    2) Lamb continuing his explosive scoring - but also keeping his eyes open for the open man. He's always been a very gifted scorer, but he rarely got his teammates involved at U-Conn, even after becoming "the man".
    3) White getting the ball in better spots (i.e. top of the key), and more often. And when he does, he needs to be more assertive without forcing the issue. He almost always had the ball in college, so playing without it is a large adjustment.
    4) Machado over Fortson. Machado hasn't been great in the first 2, but he's been better than Fortson. With more minutes, hopefully we'll see him settle down and get everyone involved.
    5) Motie's aggressiveness. In G1, he battled inside early, which opened up his outside game. In G2, he started out shooting long Js, which he missed, and thus he never got in the flow. He also needs more touches in good spots, like White.
