    Beirut's freaking great; I was hooked the second I heard, "Elephant Gun"

    Sufjan's pretty much an obsession of mine. I've got every single song ever released by The Impossibles/Slowreader, so Sufjan fit that mold nicely (hard-to-find songs).

    By the way, I was joking about the whole "indie cred" thing -- I've been KILLED for saying, "The Pixies" in the past.
