Would you trade Correa to another team for three very similar players?

For 3 years of Bryce Harper? Is everyone assuming that he will just happily resign in Houston? If so, hell yes, I'm in.

Hell no. You can offer me the KC Royals and I wouldn't trade Carlos

Well, imagine the same sentiment in DC with Harper... except you have somebody who's actually a legit MVP/best player in the game now (who happens to also be younger than most of the current Astros... minus Correa).

Just my opinion... but whatever you'd imagine as an acceptable package for Correa (either now, or in a couple of years after he becomes a legitimate MVP candidate), THAT would be the most logical place to start with considering what to "give up" to get Harper.

He would be a sweet closer. What do you think we could trade to get him, maybe Singleton, Appel and some filler?

He would be a sweet closer but an even more amazing set-up man or long relief guy.

IIRC, Harper (before he was drafted) seemed pretty enamored and set on eventually playing for the Yankees. Regardless, his price tag will be ridiculous when he hits the open market (age 28 I believe).

Unless he signs an extension, he'll only be 26 going into his free agency year.
