I would love to know how many teams have lost the series when up 3-2 and are the home team.

I'm guessing this is the pod OP is talking about. I'm not listing to this so If some one can tell me when he starts talking about the series I can cue it up.

Pretty solid interview. Simmons wasn't trying to be disrespectful, he didn't mean he didn't see the rockets as a threat he just had confidence the warriors would find a way to win. Honestly watching that game, based off the history of the team, even when we were up I had feeling in the pit of my stomach that the rockets would find a way to lose. Most intriguing information was the bit about Kerr vs. Draymond

Fack this whiny b****. Your team is stacked and lucky so just say it. Quit acting like it was "so hard" get over yourself.

In that way I agree with Simmons. Warios trying to act like omg it was so hard we have no choice but to bring in snakes!!

He's right. The Warriors needed CP3 to pull his hammy and Scott Foster to swallow his whistle in order to escape that series.

that's my point, why he acting like it hard knowing those two things (and more) happened?!?!

kerr and his whiny bunch are always trying to justify their overpowered, team stacking and it's annoying.

Because they're insecure. I think they all know deep down that the only legit title out of the 3 is 2017. If Kyrie is healthy, there's no way they beat the Cavs in 2015. And the Rockets even sans CP3 would've won Game 7 had the refs not teed that one up for the Warriors by swallowing their whistles halfway through the 2nd quarter.

Hell, I don't even know if 2017 was a slam dunk. I do think they would've eventually beaten the Spurs in the WCF. But they would've absolutely lost Game 1 had Zaza not taken out Kawhi. At minimum, that thing goes 6 games.

"If Andre Iguodala had played, we would've won in five." -- Steve Kerr

What, four All Stars isn't enough?

We were missing Moute and Anderson, essentially (physically or mentally just more harm than good, so out of the lineup). No one says anything. But when Moute signs elsewhere this summer, the Rockets are "doomed".

    Curry only has three choices

    1) '16 vs OKC
    2) '16 vs CLE
    3) '18 vs HOU

They haven't been challenged much since Steve Kerr appeared.. and here was no championship pressure prior even if they lost.

I mean the Rockets already have 2 championships.

So maybe we should hope the Astros are like the Rockets and become back-to-back champions. Or would that ruin your underhanded slights at the Rockets too much.

I hope the Rockets are like the Friendswood Road Runners. The under 10 youth soccer team with 6 back to back championships. BOOM
