At the beginning of the year I bet 2 of my poker buddies $100 each that the Rockets would have a better record than the Spurs.....about 6 weeks ago, I was like...dang....I have lost. Now, if the Rockets win tomorrow they could have 2 game lead on the Spurs....un fricken real. DD
Man, it's entirely possible that the Spurs could be a 7th seed when it's all said and done. They are slumping at the wrong time. What a crazy season.
This is the reason why the Rockets need to keep winning. A couple of games could make a big difference in terms of standing/home court advantage in the West.
It is unbelivable. Sixers are a real contender. They have did beat us twice and they had no problems with Spurs. This team is really good. I'm shocked cause hell they have 'only' AI and Miller. And Miller and Igoudala are playing on a high level.
THey have a bunch of other young very good players. THey have Willie Green who is a very good player when he is healthy, Samuel Dalembert who shut down Duncan in the last 3 minutes of the game, the rookie Young, ROdney Carney, Louis Williams. THey are deadly on the fastbreak. They can all defend. They are solid.
