Wasn't it like a month ago that you thought highly of Morris?

Didn't you make a big deal out of his contract being manageable?

Humphries and Anthony both suck, the difference is that Anthony's contract is half the size of Humphries.

The draft picks are comparable, especially with Beal back.

It will be fun bumping this thread in a couple months.

Rockets got an undersized Center.. You guys don't get it. The undersized center is hard work personified.

Morris hadn't choked his teammate on the bench then. Look my post after he did it.

And secondly Morris had value back then...but so had Dmo. MUCH MUCH MUCH more so.

And apparently the best that Morey could do is a late first rounder.

No lawson trade, no jones trade no dwight trade.

    My grade : D-

Trade No. 4: Howard for Lopez

Brooklyn gets: Dwight Howard, Ty Lawson, Lance Stephenson
Houston gets: Brook Lopez, Bojan Bogdanovic, Jamal Crawford
L.A. Clippers get: Thaddeus Young, Donald Sloan

This one’s pretty simple (well, at least compared to the others). The Rockets shuffle up a frustrated locker room without losing much from a talent standpoint, the Clippers get their man in Young, who adds depth behind Blake Griffin and becomes a nice option when opponents want to foul DeAndre Jordan. The Nets, strapped for picks for the next few years, add a marketable star in Howard and offer Lawson and Stephenson one last lifeline. They’re in a situation that makes high-risk, high-reward more palatable.
