If he is hitting that trampoline at max terminal velocity which is 118 mph (give or take a few due to drag), shouldn't he bounce a lot higher than that?

    Pshh...

Wouldn't even be a world record.

Vesna Vulovi is in the books for 33,333 ft without a chute.

    Theoretically, he can do it.

See the calculator for deceleration in terms of g forces at this site

    https://www.formloop.com/CalculatorWidget/#section2

120 mph terminal velocity = 53.6448 meters per second

Put that number in, then 0 for ending velocity and different distances to stop. If the net stops him in 10 meters at smooth linear deceleration, the G forces are 14. Well within known survival range. 20 meter stopping distance is 7 Gs.

Questions: assuming he can hit the target with extreme accuracy, can the net achieve a smooth linear deceleration, and then want happens when the net launches him back up, could he fly out of it and miss it on the way back down.

Maximum Gs in deceleration measured on a human was 43 Gs.

Actually, that's what I got it from. Stapp is recorded at a 46 g deceleration in that car/rocket he tested for the purpose of testing pilot restraint systems. I'm not sure if the parameters are the same as a free fall into a net, though.

I reckon if ants can do it, then so can a nut job. But everyone is second behind Keannu Reeves.

    The leap of faith.

If this goes south (pun intended), the news stations wont show it. It will be on liveleak for sure.

    Bait and switch...

He has a parachute. Because apparently the screen actors guild "made him". Bullsh**!
