I don't know exactly what "def" poetry is...I like writing poetry, but I also try to flow my songs to a certain beat (of course only I truly know what that beat is), but I like all kinds of poetry. I'm not sure what "def" poetry is tho.

def poetry is by the same guy that does def comedy jam. Anyway, it is on HBO and people read their poems. There are some really good ones on there and the poets are usually good performers as well.
