    I am in a condo down in Cape Canaveral on a business trip. Therefore, I am not going to be around much. I am supposed to be flying back home early Friday morning (a week from today). However, it looks like I may be able to fly back out Wednesday morning.

    I don't know if I will miss any of the draft time, but it is probably a good idea for me to designate someone to draft for me, if I can't make it by the date. Just want to run this by and see if this is okay.

    If the draft officially starts on Aug. 4 would anyone be opposed and would it be possible to go ahead and start selecting but not starting the countdown clock until the 4th? I am ready with my pick but I didn't want to start selecting if it wasn't ok.

    I haven't even started any research... so you guys will be waiting if you start early and it gets to me. I'll probably start looking at players sometime tomorrow or Sunday. Man, I hope Ricky Williams slips to me... I think he's gonna have a breakout season this year.

    if we want to start now then fine, but no timer till august 4, and which point it will be 12hrs

    don't forget you rank players for the whole draft on the site if you want

    and make your picks on the league site, that is the priority, make em on cf.net bbs after if you want but the league site is the key

    By the way, I'll be at the MLS All Star game until at least 5 pm tomorrow. They have a legends game before that starts at 12:30 for the soccer nuts. 94 Olympic Team vs World All Stars. Good stuff. Game is at 2:00 pm. Tune in.

    Smeg, you should clarify on who the computer will pick if you go auto, my guess is that it will pick the highest ranked player from the position column, not from the overall column. But you better post that so everyone knows for sure.

    I'm going out of town due to a death in the family and I'm not sure exactly when I'll be back. I sent a list to both Castor and Cat, but it only covers the first 2 rounds. Only go to my list when the clock officially starts plz. I'm hoping to be back before the 5th, but if I'm not, I guess have fade draft for me if he doesn't mind. Tried to rank the players on the site, but it's a lil cumbersome and I don't have the time right now. I'll post whenever I'm back or have computer access.
