Ask yourself this question: how can iggy stop randolph from getting doubled. And can you give him the ball and say get us the win. I'd imagine if iggy could do that he wouldn't be being considered to be traded. Then ask yourself this can gay keep the defense honest and off of randolph, and can he go out and score a basket when the game is on the line. From a basketball standpoint it doesn't make sense. Now if anyone wishes to argue ad nausea that iggy is better than gay be my guest, but I for one am glad we have rudy both from a basketball standpoint and from a player standpoint.
