Kind of off-topic, but I just saw an interview with Steven Cherundolo on German TV for the first time, and I hate to say it, but I think his German is better than my English...at least more accent-free. I was surprised to see that because I have met many US soldiers based in Germany, who, after >10 years in Germany could not speak a lick of German.
