If the Texans have the opportunity, I think it would be a given, with JJ's popularity in the city, and with the organization.
If he comes out this year, I hope we take him in the first round. My wife likes him more than JJ. I don't want her jumping teams on me. Kid's gonna be a star. Very Clay Matthews like.
Like one overrated fake tough guy Fatt isn't enough, people want two unathletic Fatt's on the same team And you wonder why Texans have won zero championships
He is just as good at covering a back out of the backfield as any of out LBs. He got smoked on a TD last night.
Yeah, I saw that. I'm beginning to think that the Texans need to bite the bullet, find a quarterback in the draft they love and go out and get him at all costs. The problem is their evaluation of quarterbacks. May start a thread on this.
In all fairness, he's an edge guy and he had no business chasing that guy downfield with zero safety help over the top.
He's going to be somewhere between Kahlil Mack and Clay Matthews when it's all said and done. That Watt work ethic is off the charts. And he's just learning the position. But I'm researching Trubisky, and I think this is the guy the Texans need to go all in on. I think we'd be okay losing two firsts and a second for someone like Trubisky. I'd even be willing to let him sit for a year or half a year behind Osweiler.
LOL @ posting videos of him hitting the QB after the pass. That first one would probably be a penalty in the NFL.
No, we need a top Offensive Lineman or quarterback. We need to beef up our offensive line, and maybe get another wide receiver or cornerback sized more like Jordy Nelson, Dez Bryant or Andre Johnson, who can muscle people out for the ball.
