I like it better when you start from 1994. Those two in a row shouldn't be separated.

    Since 1995
    Los Angeles 5
    San Antonio 4
    Chicago 3
    Houston 2
    Detroit 1
    Dallas 1
    Miami 1
    Boston 1

Then to be fair, maybe we should start it from 1984 and add 3 more for LA, 3 more for CHI, 2 more for DET, and 2 more for BOS.

    Since 1984
    Los Angeles 8
    Chicago 6
    San Antonio 4
    Boston 3
    Detroit 3
    Houston 2
    Dallas 1
    Miami 1

The EPL is a farm system for rich Champion's league teams....

I just don't agree with this concept. No matter what era, the NBA has always been dominated by the teams with the 3 or 5 best players at the time. Teams with other players may have been good and sometimes even made it interesting. Simply giving them better role players won't do much for the end result of parity for Championships, not matter how much closer in the standings teams may be.

You have make changes such as shortening series to 5 games to truly increase that type of parity.
