Old school game, a little like a very poor man's Harden with some Earl Monroe like finishes around the basket...

So does he move well off the ball is all that matters actually because a role player has to.

When you strike out on all the free agents, just remember: there are other fish in the ponds.

Couldn't tell much because most of the highlights were him driving with the ball or shooting a three after a pass. He may have made a few cuts but I don't remember them.

He can stand at half court and look disinterested... thats where we've set the bar, right?

I mean I hear it helps our spacing...

    ;) lol

I researched a little, seems like his weakness is that he is sometimes a selfish scorer and looks to play 'Hero ball'. Well played.

Uninspiring highlight tape. Dribble, dribble, dribble. #riograndevalley

Looks like Harden without the beard. Even left handed. Better than Vince Edwards already.

Young Harden wasn’t doing step back (to the side) 3’s. Not that I could remember.

Also true. When Harden started out, the Step back was not that popular, everyone wanted to do the Eurostep by Ginobili.

When I first saw the highlights posted, I thought Harden in a Beverley body. I don’t know how tall this kid is.

You know me I joke a lot, but for the most part I think this kid will be easily better than Vince Edwards....who we
paid for last year. As good as a second round pick, is Ponds.

He looks like 6'2 but is listed as 6'1.

This reminds me of the time when Kirby named Andrew Goudelock 'Mini Mamba' and tutored him.
