Monster Cable's deal with Yao Ming

Monster Cable Products Inc. announced a deal with Houston Rockets basketball center Yao Ming to design a line of consumer electronics and related products to be sold in China, his home country.

The "Yao Monster" line, which will include headphones, bags, home theater cables and performance glasses, is part of the Brisbane company's latest marketing push into China.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, although the company said a portion of the proceeds from sales of the Yao Monster line will go to the Yao Ming Foundation, which builds schools for disadvantaged children in China.

"We started our own company there using Chinese staff to be culturally connected to the market," Monster founder Noel Lee, who is Chinese American, said in a press release.

Damnit for the repost. But I stand corrected. He could be tired, drunk, and high. The trifecta.

This add is disgusting and I would refuse to buy any of their products and would advise any person who believes and gives honor to God to do the same. :p
