DATE: March 18, 2009 15:24:32 CST Document Number: 382 Sexual Assault, Cullen Oaks March 15, 2009 Case #09-0339 uh_red.gifsecurity_alert.gifplease_post.gif SUSPECTS: #1 Black male, height 6'0", weight 160lbs. #2 Black male 5'6"-5'9", 170-180lbs., with a dark complexion. #3 Black male 6'0", 170lbs, medium complexion and thin build. WEAPONS: No weapons were used. VEHICLE: None used. SYNOPSIS: On March 17, 2009 a non-UH student, reported that he came to campus on March 15th to visit a friend, for a couple of days, who lives in Cullen Oaks Apartments. After smoking mar1juana for several hours the visitor passed in and out of consciousness. Upon finally regaining consciouness, the visitor felt rectal pain and realized he had been sexually assaulted. The victim was taken to a local hospital for examination. This incident is being actively investigated by the University of Houston Department of Public Safety.
