I have some windows that leak along with a detailed repair plan from a stucco specialist. Also some water damage inside the stucco underneath a window that I wouldn't mind getting fixed, but that's secondary. Does anyone know anybody?
Why don't you just get some caulking and do it yourself? Its not expensive. Alternatively, you may want to reach out to your energy provider. Some energy providers actually have special programs in which they'll seal your windows and exterior door frames for free. They do it for free because it actually saves them money in the long run to help you save on your electricity bill. I have a neighbor who works doing that sort of business and their main clients are electricity providers who offer this.
That's all it takes to waterproof windows that leak? Caulk? These are some **** windows. And a 4 stories. I'll look into the energy thing if I can find out who the provider is. This is on a rental property. If it's so easy I'd love to pay someone on CF to do it.
