The fans along the outfield fence threw some minature billy goats onto the field. wasnt the way to end the curse to have a billygoat sit in the outfield? who knows, maybe they just un-cursed their team. edit: guess not! ha
I agree completely and was going to post the same thing. Could it hurt any more than it does right now? LOL. I think not! Edit: And another thing...there were a lot of Cub fans who claimed it was in the bag before the start of the season when they claimed to be superior to the Astros. I would never be so arrogant to make such a claim before the first pitch was even thrown(don't look for the thread...you won't find it...lol). I just think justice has been done; Cubs' and Cubs fans' arrogance caused this implosion.
closest I could find without having a dessicated, maggot-ridden carcass. Just pretend it's a goat. and it's dead, signifying the Cubs season.
People might be eating. I'm, as always, considerate of the sensitive pallates of my fellow Astros fans.
Dusty may be the most out-of-touch manager alive. Is anybody else watching the WGN post-game press conference? His answers to almost every question: "I dunno..." "Damn..." "I haven't seen that in a long time... man... its rough." "I'm not sure what's goin on.... man.... we're due for one of these, right?... damn."
