Rudy lays out roles for Francis & Mobley

So what should Rudy do to get these deaf guys to do what he tells them to do? I know George Karl goes ballistic but he's got a bit more talent and basketball smart guys to work with. Should he bench them when they are doing the boneheaded stuff over and over? They don't seem to be learning much by playing 40+ minutes a game.
