Who cares about the all-star game? Francis was an all-star this past season and did not deserve it. Vince Carter is consistently the top vote getter and he hasn't deserved it for 3 years. Big freakin' deal.

Cassell is a very good point guard. He is a large part of the reason that Minny went to the conf finals. However, without KG, Minny is in the lottery, period. He is not the best in the NBA.

My mistake on Parker. But without him, SA doesn't win the title either.

    Let's review:

    Your question was:
"Show me someone with a better Assist to Turnover Ratio/ near 49% shooting average"

Best I can tell, there was nothing in that question related to making the conference finals or being an all-star. You asked for somebody with a better Ast/To ratio and a similar shooting pct. and I gave you two (both of which have a much better Ast/TO ratio than Cassell).

If you really meant to say "Show me someone with a better Assist to TO ratio/ near 49% shooting average and who made the conference finals and made the all-star team", then you need to phrase the question that way. If you qualify the question enough, then I'm sure that you'll get the answer that you're looking for.
