My freshman year he was my football coach at Elsik high school. He was tough as hell on us. He was mean, ornery and just down right spiteful. He had us bear crawling in ants in the mud for like an hour it felt like. His favorite thing to do was to have us get into the “thinking man position”. Which is basically just holding yourself up in a push-up position until your arms feel like spaghetti. And after all that I actually appreciated him more after these years have gone by because the ones that stuck it out, he made us tough as hell. Also, the clock Operator coach Copley also coached at elsik. He was there with me my entire four years.
Went to Middle school w him (Olle) maybe elementary too. His dad was also the equipment guy for the Rockets during the championship years.. we always thought he had the coolest dad.
[Not Twitter] Clint Capela and Luc Mbah a Moute: Frères d'armes à Houston Spoiler [...] Capela can come across as reserved or shy to outsiders, but Mbah a Moute declares that to be a ruse: "He comes off sometimes a little shy but he's not shy. "He's a great guy, really really cool kid. Very mature for his age and it shows the way he plays. The way he does his job... [He] does it really well." Capela backs that up with an anecdote: "When get off the plane, sometimes he asks me for a ride because he doesn't live too far from where I live and everytime I take the wrong exit and he gets worked up. "I'm like chill man, I'm just going to put on some nice songs, African music, and you just enjoy the time." [...]
