My god, Morey is looking so washed up this season. There's never a strong positive from any trade he's done this (off)season (not taking any mediocre to decent--I guess--pickups into account). Of course, he can't find a deal with a young player. Can't find a single way to use Melo as an asset. Still hasn't done **** about Dedmon/Bazemore. That hack and washed-up Chris Paul are just sitting around and waiting until Harden has his Kobe ACL moment.

You guys are just as incompetent as Morey this season, huh? "Hmm, should I use this player as a trade asset down the road? Nah, let's just do another one of these money-saving trades instead of actually improving the team."

I'm sure they did and they, having the leverage, didn't see a reason to give the Rockets anything. They knew he'd eventually be a free agent.

Melo been on 3 different teams since July, and it’s about to be 4...Melo getting passed around like a thot

he should really start thinking long and hard about calling it a career...I can’t picture him being in the league after next season

I love how you guys are blaming the NBA, instead of Morey's absolute stupidity.

I mean, he just didn't fit our team.

    - Tendency for shooting long 2s
    - Defense isn't good enough to cover speedy players, and probably isn't strong enough to cover bigs
    - Mostly likely wanted to be the first or second option on a team, but we have Harden/CP3/Gordon, so he'd be 4th at best.

He'd have a shot on the Lakers, especially if LeBron is out for longer. But if LeBron is back and although Kuzma is the 2nd option on that team at this point, Melo would be a serviceable player if he came off their bench.

I hope he gets his Bulls Jersey. #AirJordan #Souvenir

Feels like a contender similar to the Rox will try pick him up now. #DejaVu

sounds like he’s not a fit for most teams

HOU was the place where so many thought it would work...HOU was supposed to be the best place for him, and he still flopped in epic fashion

You're insane. Who would consider Melo an asset? Just name 1 team that he is an asset for. You can't. Go take a valium please.

I hope we can trade Chriss for something more than cash considerations, but I'm guessing that deal is coming soon too.
