    You are right. China is the biggest offender of it in the whole world. Just don't tell NBA and the US government about this... ;)

    All I got is freezed pic every 1 sec. It's not watchable for people

    Which one? I watched 510's link to the game in china. It was playing almost tv quality. every 5 minutes or so it might start "chirping" and blocks would appear, but then it would almost immediatly fix and become crisp and clear again.


    I am in TEXAS. What kind of modem do u have? I am at a uiversity and the internet is very fast. Lan. I have no idea what it rates at speed wise. 300k for personal use?
