Robert Mueller, Former F.B.I. Director, Is Named Special Counsel for Russia Investigation

He knows that at the end of the day, he has the majority in the Supreme Court and just like Bush v. Gore; the vote will be down party lines. The only possible “bump” would be Roberts possibly.

 

It's insane the investigation has gone on this long, given that no crime was identified to begin with and no evidence or collusion with Russia has ever been identified. It's a perpetual audit of all things Trump, with no probable cause needed, and no time/scope/budgetary limits.

The idea that firing Comey is obstruction of justice is ridiculous. POTUS can fire his unelected subordinates for any reason, and he had written recommendation for doing so from the AG and deputy AG (which he didn't even need).

Not to mention the lack of any underlying crime to obstruct.

And if Mueller targets you, you best make a plea, otherwise he can bankrupt you w legal fees.

 

It’s insane that Trump’s only the best are so dirty and people think Trump isn’t dirty.

Trump’s legal team is arguing that a president can’t be indicted, that’s something an innocent person’s team would be doing....

Trump is pardoning people guilty of what Trump has been up to.... that’s what an innocent person would be doing....

 

Don’t commit crimes and you won’t have to deal with Mueller.

Law and order is subjective, right?

 

So the argument now is the POTUS cannot be subjected to an investigation because he is above the laws. Hummmm.. in which part of the world do we have this?? You people are willing to risk the US for your great Trump? Fking unbelievable.

 

I think its a lot too late for trump to "don't commit crimes". Hence the efforts to avoid getting indicted.

As they have for over a year, the Mueller probe continues to leak like a sieve.
