It's amazing how these guys are so good that we forget there is a person moving elmo around and talking for him.
That guy seemed totally shocked that "Elmo" was coming right back at him. Sucks to get pwned by a puppet.
been posted before...but still worth reviewing... <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/B-Wd-Q3F8KM&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/B-Wd-Q3F8KM&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Yeah, like at the :55 second mark Gervais blows on his hand or something and puts it on his leg and suddenly Elmo slaps at it. Those little touches really make them seem more alive. BTW, the guy who does Elmo was also the voice of Splinter in the Ninja Turtles movie.
Ricky? Naw. Dude was playing along with him. He's quirky like that. Funny video. I too, think it's amazing how well that dude does elmo. It's almost like a real animal.
That's how Ricky Gervais is. He has a podcast (free?) that is pretty funny. I thought Extras was hilarious.
OK, I'm not familar with him so I didn't know. Still, he does seem a little shocked that "Elmo" is keeping up with him. Pretty funny stuff either way.
