Was able to attend this past Sunday's open practice at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, Tx. It was nice to see the team down here in the RGV. The team just played up for the crowd with Battier, Hayes, and Lowry being the Mcs for the 2 six minute halfs. Yao and Hayes were shooting from the half court before the open practice. Had some of the players in a dance contest with local kids pairing up with the players. I did represent Clutchfans.net by making a poster which later on I was fortunate to get signed by most of the team's coaches and players. I am posting that picture here. The photos I took did not come out very well. I will try and post some up later.

    Did Morey see that poster?

You must be really excited. That game's not for another 18 hours or so.

Can you please detail all the signatures, I'm interested to know who's is who's.

    Also, who is #24?

"whose is whose" (sorry, pet peeve)

Elston Turner might have the most legible signature I've ever seen.

Thanks for sharing! I took the liberty of taking one of your pics lol. But it looks like Kmart and Brad Miller are pretty good buds.

Had 2 question marks. One wrote #24 next to the name.. don't think we have a 24 on the roster.

Thanks for filling the names but it was Sikma instead of Adleman, Lowry instead of Yao, and Chuck instead of Budinger. Missed Coach Adelman, Budinger, Yao, Jefferies, Johnson, and the player from Iowa State I believe.

Opps it was Keith Jones instead of Yao. One? is Shane Battier. Lowry is Lowry's, that is Smith's sig, and 24 is Shawn Respert. I got to get Yao to sign my Yao jersey with Ming in the back of jersey instead of Yao it was the jersey's that were made wrong back when he first got to the league. I also had Scola sign a jersey swing man version red and yellow.

The RGV practice seemed better than the houston one. You definitely got more sigs. Did you have to be 1 of the first 200?

They make swingman versions of the red & yellow- like the alternate? really? numbers and names stitched and with all the the mesh holes? I thought they just made alternates of that.

    Sweet Yao jersey.

I will take pics of the jersey's and post them later on tonight after the game. I got lucky with sigs. The Viper's did the public wrong by stating in flyers and local media about the first 500 would get autographs, it was actually only Viper season ticket holders who were given different color wrist bands.

Back from the game. I got a chance to get more sigs on my poster. Guess who they are? Also including the Yao and Scola swing man jersey with sigs.
