I’m going to get ahead of this and be the one to say it first, do any of you remember that Utah series back in the 2000s? We were down 0-2, came back home to tie the series up, then lost at Utah in game 5, then we came back home played well down to the last couple of seconds.... and John Stockton happened.... I am praying this will be different. BTW for the people that don’t remember, Barkley played for us at that time.
Your referring to the 1997 WCF, where Barkley was held by Malone where Stockton made an open jumper. That play haunts most of us to this day as that was our shot to go against the Bulls and win our 3rd championship, where no one would have had excuses on Jordon not playing (even though he played 1995). It won’t happen again...!!!!
