I was at the game today (the Eagles are my favorite team, the Texans are my 2nd favorite). When McNab started the game off with the horrible INT, the Eagles fans were pretty pissed off. When Carr scored the first TD of the game, it seemed like the fans were shocked and nervous. But once Akers kicked a field goal and Staley run in a touchdown, the crowd got into the game, there was no doubt thatthe Eagles would win the game. The Eagles caught the Texans twice and trick plays. Lewis's reverse, and the fake punt, which Dawkins scored on, were incredible. The Eagles play calling was pretty good. Dawkins was amazing. Carr was pretty impressive, but he was no match for McNabb. McNabb didn't play great, but he played good info to win. I think that this is the Eagles year to make it to the Super Bowl, since the NFC is pretty weak, and the Rams are bascially done. Go Eagles! This is the only weak that I won't be routing for the Texans to win. I wish I had brough a camera, since I was so close to the field!
McNabb is really, really good. But I think the main reason he looks so good is because his OL. I mean damn, that guy can practically make a sandwich and still have time to find someone open. On top of that besides Micheal Vick he's the best scrambling QB in the world. Props to you and your team, you got us today but I doubt it will happen next year. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! BEWARE NFL. THE TEXANS ARE COMING.
LOL. What the Texans horrible pass pertection, I doubt that they will be able to contend with the Eagles for a long time. Carr was sacked 7 times against the Eagles, and has been sacked 25 times in 4 games. That is terrible.
Of course, that is likely because Tony Boselli, the most dominant LT in football history, and Ryan Young are both out with injuries. It's not a problem of needing more talent on the O-line... it's needing everyone healthy.
Yeah, but the Texans still aren't going to be good for a while. Carr needs to develope more, and they have to be able to gel as a team.

Depends on your definition of 'for a while'. I think the AP article making comparisons between the Eagles and the Texans had it dead on. When Reid took over, the Eagles were in bad, bad shape. In three years they have become contenders. I think the Texans are on schedule to be a good team in a couple seasons. Hopefully things stay on track.
