Anyone else getting tired of watching ref ball? I think I prefer iso ball, team ball, 2 man ball, etc. Any kind of ball other than ref ball.
Welcome to the last 40 years?? nba reffing is very hard. still no excuse. Especially when they have a replay system (that sucks)
The only solution to fix the officiating is to use playground rules. Only call the obvious fouls but let the rest go. Players will eventually adapt and we won't have to worry about balding 5'5 refs with napoleon complex kicking our players out of the game.

I understand why Cousins would be called for a flagrant 1 for accidentally hitting Lebron in the head but to eject him for that is a joke. He was going for the ball the whole time.
We need to adopt a better strategy . Tilman needs to use his mob connections to do a little research on some of these refs families . we need to be willing to foul HARD if we think we are getting screwed on touch fouls . other teams need to come in hoping they don’t get a favorable whistle ... because if they do they will be leaving with something broken . next evolution of rockets team (post harden whenever that is) needs to be closer to bad boy pistons than GS ... but even GS was successfully dirty . every team that’s won has either been Nba darlings and gets favorable calls or has dirty players that know how to manipulate the game . people will say SAS , but I bet popovich has some Jedi mind tricks and has had enforcers on his teams . they even got the nba to suspend Joey Crawford . That’s the ONLY reason I was cool with bringing in Hornacek . I thought he would teach our guys some tricks . cousins flagrant 2 was a joke . Cousins has too much a reputation . We need to find a 6’10 250 guy that is willing to do the dirty work and throw some bows and undercut people . I guarantee if during the first half someone undercut LBJ the refs would think twice about playing games . Once that player health and star power is clearly on the line ... the games are over and attention is being paid . the squeaky wheel gets the grease . This problem won’t be solved by guys accepting mistakes and playing harder . A team needs to revolt . A team needs to say “this product is **** because refs are incompetent or fixing games” hard for it to be your team when so much $ is made just from keeping your nose down and living off the nba teet. but when Reffing gets to the level that fans know their team doesn’t have a chance ... or the outcome of the game is dependent on which refs you get assigned ... it’s close to a tipping point . It’s entertainment . The reasons to watch the games dwindle when you suspect the competition isn’t fair
If you hate ref ball then you probably should quit watching NBA for life because refs will always be a huge part the games, especially for teams like the Lakers with huge fanbases that Adam Silver desperately wanted to be good again. Now that they're the favorites to win b2b, the refs will be more prevalent for them moreso than ever before.
