My wife will no longer play scrabble with me since she lost a challenge. The word she challenged was "Ho". To this day she still won't accept "Ho" as a word. I keep telling her to get over it.
One night in chat, we were talking about our OOTP sim teams. It is really a long story and you have to be in the sim to appreciate it, but Runnin' Raven aka Raven Lunatic typed something in the chat that made me LOL. He typed in "Runnin' Raven screams at Beck Ett'trade to start playing better (or something similar to that)" I guess I thought it was funny because I could picture him yelling at this computer-generated player. Oh well, I know that it is a hard thing for others to understand, but the thread did ask about random things that have made you laugh, so there you go.
I was playing BF1942 and was giving instructions to my teammates, started asking why my teammates were such idiots and then I realized someone started up the server with bots (after a few rounds).
I saw this headline on a news website: "Buffalo Kills Caretaker In San Antonio" At first glance and read, I thought it said: "Buffalo Bills Caretaker In San Antonio" I was thinking...wow...Buffalo Bill's caretaker is still alive....hmm. I had to laugh. It just happened.
The fact that Amare got ROY. At first I was mad; now I just think it's funny. Especially the fact that he's only like 4 or 5 years older than me.
This post is the random thing that made me laugh my ass off. At first I thought it was going to be one of those headlines from a book of unbelievablw headlines that you were going to pull off as your own. Then I read the headline again and realized that wasn't the case with the San Antonio bit. Then I did exactly what you did...only I read it as Buffalo Bill's caretaker...as in The Buffalo Bills up in New York. I was thinking Why in the hell do they have a caretaker? I finally finished the post...laughed at your situation...then laughed at what an idiot I am.
Last night my friend and I were reminiscing about my bachelor party that took place a few years back. We were talking about the different strippers names at the club we went to. We could remember "Pepper" and "Sugar" and I asked him, "what other spices could be used as a stage names?" My friend dryly replied "Baking Soda". I just kind of chuckled at first but the more I thought about it (Now on stage... get ready for "Baking Soda!") the harder I started to laugh until I had a real hard time stopping. Whew.
Tonight i was at a laser tag place and while we were waiting our turn my friend started doing the part boy dance up against some complete stranger was hilarious.
