I watched a documentary on The Go-Gos recently and they sound similar (before the Go-Gos learned to really play their instruments).

 

They are The Linda Lindas.

Very solid punk sounds. These little chicks absolutely rock! Showed this to my 19 year old daughter and she was impressed.
